Luvbug Learning is a Canadian ed-tech startup that aims to provide resources for kids to regulate and understand their own emotions. Luvbug provides customers onboarding process across multiplatform, including web pages and apps.
2. My role at LuvBug Learning
As a UI/UX designer, I owned the entire onboarding/sign-up process for both the website and mobile app. I worked closely with the Marketing team and stakeholders to pinpoint any hiccups and improve the process from start to finish.
3. What I did
-
I addressed various problem statements and improved the onboarding user flow, increasing conversion rates by 14% and reducing customer service requests.
-
Considering the mobile-first design principles, I conducted the responsive design for both Desktop and mobile devices to cover all the user onboarding context. Increased the product accessibility by 50%.
-
I maintained the design systems to ensure consistency across all products and improved the workflow and the overall quality of our products.
Information Architecture

Before
There were discoverability issues with the main flow of the website. It required too many small steps to complete and the important CTAs were scattered.

After
Brought important steps to the front level of the product and integrated less critical functions for better accessibility and discoverability.
